WITS - Work & Issue Tracking System is a business software that acts as an online interface between you and your clients. It allows your clients to register Service Requests (called Support Tickets) online in written form. The Support Tickets submitted by your clients can be opened by staff members at your office Support Team using their login credentials and they can Respond to the issue raised in online environment.
Once a Support Ticket is submitted by your client, your Support Team members can take any of the following actions:-
Email Notifications are sent to the client as well as the administrators (as configured in the system) on every action, as mentioned above. When Internal Notes are added, the email notification is sent only to the concerned Support Team member and the administrators.
